Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, it must be requested within 7 to 14 days of delivery. The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Customized, clearance, or misused items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days once the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error was from our side. Exchanges are possible only for defective or damaged products, and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
